Referral Program
The Fine Print
- Eligibility for Referring Patients: To receive the complimentary adjustment (valued at $60), you must be an existing patient of record at Oak Bay Family Chiropractic.
- Qualifying Referral: A "qualifying referral" is defined as a new patient (someone who has not received services at our clinic in the last 24 months) who mentions your name at the time of booking.
- Redemption Criteria: The referring patient’s complimentary adjustment will be credited to their account only after the referred individual has completed their initial consultation, exam, and has officially begun their recommended care plan.
- New Patient Special: The $100 "Initial Exam + First Adjustment" offer is valid for new patients only. This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts or programs.
- "No Limit" Policy: There is no cap on the number of referrals a patient can make. One complimentary adjustment will be awarded per unique qualifying referral. These adjustments are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- Campaign Deadline: All referred patients must book and complete their initial visit on or before March 31, 2026, to qualify for the special pricing and the referral credit.
- Right of Refusal: Oak Bay Family Chiropractic reserves the right to determine if a patient is a candidate for chiropractic care. If, after the initial exam, it is determined that chiropractic care is not medically necessary or safe for the new patient, the adjustment portion of the offer will not be performed.
